On March 25, Brendon Cisowski became Torrington's newest Eagle Scout. Here he is with Bobbie Chamalian, President of Kitty Quarters, holding the photo of the loft he built for KQ as part of his Eagle quest. The loft serves both as storage and a place for participants in the Kitty Quarters reading program to have a private place to read aloud to the cat of their choice.
